Aftermarket wheels/tires often move then wheel outboard slightly. In order to keep your mud flap centered, we will need to create a custom shift and thus require some measurements.

To check for a potential rub issue, place a thick piece of cardboard in the wheel well where the mud flap will be installed, and have a helper turn the wheels. Our material is about 5/16" thick.

We will custom shift our drill-less mud flaps to your offset wheels, so they will be centered to your tires. We also make them custom length for your lift.

VERY IMPORTANT: Custom mud flaps are non-returnable, so please measure carefully. We are available to walk you through the measuring to ensure you get the measurements correct.

These Chevy mud flaps are a drill-less installation and come preconfigured with semi-gloss black powder-coated Z71 weights with color behind. They are approximately 3/8 inch thick and come in two different widths and two lengths.

Application: FRONT of the 2020 – current Chevy 2500/3500 trucks with the factory trim guard in place.

YES, they do fit on the Trail Boss and z71 truck packages.

Does not fit GMC trucks.

Mounting: Duraflap mounting hardware is made of stainless steel where available. Other mounting products are made of anti-corrosive and rust resistant materials. Our drill-less mud flaps are custom designed to utilize existing factory holes and other mounting points available on your truck. Instructions included.

Serviceability: These mud flaps are pre-drilled and require no drilling of additional holes in your truck. Allows for easy & precise alignment. These mud flaps will be installed in front of the factory trim guards. The trim guards need to stay in place to avoid the gap in the lower panel behind the fender well.
